Revoicea provides AI video dubbing services. You upload a video, select a target language, and receive a dubbed version. You pay based on the number of seconds processed, with rounding applied.

3. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds.

You pay per second of video processed, with rounding applied. Payment is charged immediately when processing begins.

Due to computational costs incurred during AI processing, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Your Content and Rights

You must own the rights to any video you upload or have permission to use it.

You cannot upload copyrighted material without permission.

You are responsible for any legal issues arising from your uploaded content.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Service Limitations

Processing times are estimates. Most videos process in minutes, longer videos may take up to an hour.

AI dubbing quality varies based on source material and language pair.

We do not guarantee specific quality outcomes or continuous service availability.

We may implement usage limits to prevent abuse.

6. Privacy and Data

Uploaded videos are processed using AI services and temporarily stored during processing.

We implement standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

8. Account and Termination

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for account security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
